COVID-19 UPDATE
The health and well-being of our patients, employees, and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surround the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves. We have implemented the following guidelines to insure the safety of everyone:
- All persons must wear a mask.
- All patients must brush their teeth at home prior to their appointment, and be asked to sanitize prior to being seated.
- Temperature will be taken of all staff, patients and guests entering the lobby.
- Each patient will be required to sign a screening and consent form upon arrival (you can also fill out these forms here).
- We will be consistently disinfecting all highly touched surfaces with medical grade disinfectants, as well as utilizing HEPA filters to purify the air.
Please call us if you have any questions or concerns. Everyone that comes to our office has a role to play in helping to keep all of us safe and healthy. Thank you for entrusting us with your orthodontic care.
Appointments
Visiting our offices regularly is an essential part of your orthodontic treatment. Our practice will work with you to make sure your appointments are as convenient as possible. It is equally important to make sure you arrive on time so it does not delay other patients' appointment times.
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We do understand that unforseen circumstances can arise, in which case please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate you. We appreciate your cooperation!
